• Do not ask for personal information such as age, location, phone number, address, gender etc. Things like this can be found on the profile of the user if they chose to fill it in.
• No matter how much you donate to ce there are no refunds what so ever
• Do not ask for log in information not only for this game but for others as well. Anyone found doing this will receive a warning and/or a fine.
• Do not post any graphic pictures of anything that anyone under sixteen shouldn’t be viewing. Pictures that are in violation will be removed without warning and the user might be warned. This goes for sexual acts, violence or whatever is deemed inappropriate by the staff of CE or by players of CE.
• You only get two chances on this game. The first two are warnings and/or finings. The third offence will get you permanently banned depending on the offense. There is no excuse for this.
• Whatever is done on your account is your fault. If you post something that even I could consider morbid it is your fault, whether or not you didn’t do it. The “my sister/brother did it!!” excuse will not be tolerated here.
• Users are allowed only five free accounts. Though they may have as many paid accounts as they want. Anyone found having more than five free accounts will have all extra accounts frozen, if they continue to make more free accounts they will be banned.
• Do not harass other members for any reason what so ever. Bombarding them with the same message over and over again will not be tolerated. Sending threatening messages will not be tolerated either.
• Each forum has it’s own purpose. If you can not find yourself capable of staying on topic of the board then please do not create a thread in that board.
• Anyone found using scripts and/or outside programs that are used to cheat, but not limited to, the game, members and/or myself will be banned permanently.
• This is not horseland, there is NO need for money animals since you can transfer money. There is also no need for rescue or slaughter accounts since you can not delete/retire the animals yourself.
• Silver accounts are not allowed to have private shows. Anyone found, but not limited to, harassing, threatening, begging and/or pleading with anyone that enters their show will be warned and/or fined. If you want to the ability to create private shows then you must upgrade to at least gold account status.
• Anyone found stealing, but not limited to, photographs, pictures, and/or layouts will have the image removed and be warned and/or fined. The second offense and the member will have their image rights removed. Meaning they would not be able to upload any images onto their animals nor their homepage.
• Anyone found creating a new account to get by a restriction on their old account, and/or using another account to continue their devious actions will be banned. Meaning you can’t use a second account to upload stolen (etc) pictures nor can you create a new account to do the same actions.
• There is a block button; it is advised to use it first if someone is harassing you. If they get on another account and continue messaging you then you may report them to a moderator. It would be advisable to have the messages saved in your inbox.
• It is advised not to have a partner on your own personal account. It would be better if you created a separate account and then obtained a partner on that one. The moderators nor I will not be responsible for, but not limited to, stolen animals, money, accounts etc.
• Anyone found impersonating a moderator and/or me will be permanently banned. Meaning you can’t say that you are a moderator when you are not. You can not say that you are me using a different account when you are clearly not. You can not say that you are moderator so and so when you clearly are not.
• No trolling on this game, meaning doing things for the sake of starting a fight. Freedom of speech is limited, you can not say anything you want just as you can not just scream FIRE in a building when there is no fire.
• No foul language what so ever even if you do block 90% of the words out. No foul language. So such things as fxck, b*tch, b***h, etc will not be tolerated.
• There is a restriction on what you can say on this game. There is to be no libel. Meaning no typing “the admin of this game sucks” all over your page or “player #### sucks!!” all over your page either. Nor can you put anything offensive on any pages that you have access to, including but not limited to pictures, poems, your own opinion etc. These are not limited to only the players homepage, they can be on the description of the animal, etc.
• There are to be no black lists. Meaning having a list of players that you think, but not limited to, don’t play the game properly, said something bad about you etc.
• Any player is able to “warn” others of “bad” players if they have the proof that they are rightly so bad. Having “player x is a scammer” on your page simply because you don’t like them will not be tolerated.
• This is NOT myspace.com. There are to be no excessive pictures on players pages. Use links.
• There are to be no excessive amount of music videos. NEITHER can the videos have explicit lyrics, same goes for songs in different languages. Horse and dog videos of training or shows are alright. Remember you can always use links.
• Do NOT message advertisements to other players. There are separate forums in which you can advertise. Players reserve the right to block anyone they wish to except admins or mods.
• There IS a reason why there are ID numbers for players. No player should feel pressured to change their name or name of an animal Just because they/it share the same name as another. Anyone found to be impersonating any other player will be either fined or banned. So you can no say you are player so and so on such numbered account when you are not.
• While pictures/layouts can be copyrighted html or CSS can not be as it is a free thing. Players found to have stolen and/or edited pictures on animals will be suspended ranging from 7 to 30 days or more and have the image removed and be fined.
• I reserve the right to clear any players, but not limited to, homepage, club page, and/or animal pages or even the animal itself, for any reason at any time as I see fit. That does not mean I will take an animal way from someone who BOUGHT it fair and square from the HA (or someone else) just because it ran out of food due to you not giving it that much food. Get over it.
• Do not direct link images!
